Where You Want to Go
Nine Destinations, Nine Standards
Every mission judges a file differently. A cover letter that satisfies Bangkok will not satisfy Ottawa. We prepare each application against the standard that actually applies to it.

What You're Applying For
Three Categories, One Question
Every visitor visa in the world asks the same underlying question: will you go home? Everything in your file exists to answer it. The category simply changes what proof looks like.
Tourist Visa
For holidays, sightseeing and short personal travel. The mission wants to see a coherent itinerary, funds that comfortably cover it, and reasons you will return.
Business Visa
For meetings, conferences, trade fairs and supplier visits. The file must tie you to a real business on both sides — yours here, and theirs there.
Family Visit Visa
For visiting relatives settled abroad. The sponsor's status, accommodation and willingness to support you carry as much weight as your own documents.
What We Assemble
The File, Line by Line
Most visit visa refusals are not about money. They are about a document that contradicted another one, or a gap nobody explained. We build the file so no case officer has to guess.
- Passport & photographsValidity checked against the mission's own rule, not a general one
- Application formCompleted to match every supporting document, exactly
- Cover letterWritten for your circumstances, never a template
- Bank statementsSix months, with every large credit explained in advance
- Employment proofLeave approval, salary slips, appointment letter
- Business documentsRegistration, tax returns, trade history where relevant
- Property & assetsEvidence of ties that bring you home
- Travel itineraryFlights and hotels, held rather than paid where sensible
- Travel insuranceTo the exact cover level the mission requires
- Sponsor documentsStatus, income and accommodation, for family visits
- Previous travelOld visas and stamps, presented to your advantage
- Interview rehearsalWhere the mission conducts one, we practise it
Ozmark does not fabricate documents, inflate bank balances, or arrange fake invitations. Every file we submit is one we would be willing to defend, line by line, in front of the case officer who reads it.
The Ozmark Method
A Considered Path, Five Movements
- 1
Free Consultation
A private, no-obligation sitting to understand your travel purpose, your history and your budget.
- 2
Eligibility Assessment
An honest read of your profile against the real bar this particular mission applies — before a rupee is spent.
- 3
Document Preparation
Statements reconciled, gaps explained, and a cover letter written for your circumstances rather than a template.
- 4
Submission & Interview Prep
Appointment booked, biometrics arranged, and — where the mission interviews — your answers rehearsed until they are second nature.
- 5
Decision & Departure
The decision tracked to collection, and a pre-departure briefing so nothing at the border surprises you.
A Refusal Is Evidence,
Not a Verdict
Most people who come to us after a refusal have never read their own refusal notice closely. It usually says exactly what went wrong. Resubmitting the same file with a new date on it is the single most common mistake in this business.
- We obtain and read your refusal notice line by line
- We identify the precise ground — funds, ties, intent or documentation
- We rebuild the file to answer that ground directly
- We tell you honestly if reapplying now would only waste your fee
Before You Ask
Questions, Answered Plainly
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes — a full sitting with a senior counsellor, in person in Lahore or over a call. You leave with a written assessment of your chances whether or not you engage us.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and neither can anyone else. The decision belongs to a visa officer, not to a consultant. What we control is the quality and honesty of the file, and whether every question the officer might ask has already been answered inside it. Anyone promising you a guaranteed visa is either lying or planning to fabricate something.
Can you help after a visa refusal?
Refusal cases are a speciality. We obtain your refusal notice, identify the precise grounds, and rebuild the application to address each one. Sometimes the honest answer is to wait and strengthen your profile first — and we will say so rather than take a fee for a file that will fail again.
How much bank balance do I need to show?
There is rarely a fixed number. What matters is that the balance credibly covers your trip, has a history behind it, and does not appear days before you applied. A sudden large deposit hurts an application far more than a modest, well-established balance.
How are your fees structured?
A written, fixed-fee schedule signed before any work begins, separate from embassy and biometric fees, which you pay directly to the mission. No surprise charges appear at submission stage.
